Black Friday Return Processing Delays
Please note there may be delays of up to 10 days for orders to be processed. You have 2 weeks from receipt of your item to return it., and there may be a delay of up to 15 business days for returns to be processed once received.
Black Friday Return of Sale Items
Items purchased during the Black Friday / Cyber Monday period may be returned for a store credit note or exchange. Like-for-like exchanges (eg. a bikini top exchange in a different print or size) will not attract any additional charges after the sales period has ceased. Exchanges for a different item (eg. a bikini top exchanged for a swimsuit) will be exchanged at the RRP of the new product after the sale has ceased. If any additional payment is required, this will be collected when the exchange is processed. If an exchanged item is less than the original item, a store credit note for the difference in price will be issued when the exchange is processed. Store credit notes are issued at the cost that the item was purchased for.
All other factors of the Return Policy are in place during the Black Friday period.
