FAQs
When does the sale start?
Wednesday 11 November at 8am NZ time. That's 6am AEDT in Australia, and Tuesday 10 November at 11am PT / 2pm ET in the US and Canada.
When does it end?
Saturday 21 November, or while stock lasts.
Do I need a code?
No. 30% comes off everything automatically.
How do I get the free sunscreen?
Spend over $299 and you'll get a Melvory Natural Sunscreen SPF 50, worth $44, free with your order.
Can I fill my cart before the sale starts?
Yes, but adding to your cart doesn’t hold your size. The 30% comes off when the sale goes live at 8am NZT on Wed 11 Nov, so check out then before sizes sell out.
Will sizes sell out?
We make in small batches, so popular sizes go fast. If you've got your eye on something, get in early.
Do you ship to the US, Australia and Canada?
Yes. We ship to NZ, Australia, the US and Canada. US duties are included, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Can I return sale items?
We don’t refund sale items, but you can exchange them or get a credit note within 2 weeks. See our Black Friday returns policy for details.
